Accurate, traceable, and fast data collection
In-Spec Tracker improves the accuracy, traceability, and reliability of data collection associated with manual visual inspections. The systems allow an inspector to quickly record and describe defects on a part. In-Spec Tracker precisely locates each defect on a digital twin of the part. The inspector makes a voice annotation alongside the location defect which are stored as part of the digital twin. Tracking and analytical data of the part defect are store with the digital twin to provide the customer with a comprehensive part defect report. This data can be visually overlaid between the parts of the same type, letting patterns to emerge from the overlaid data.
Digital Twin
In-Spec Tracker creates a data map over the digital twin, allowing the defect data for a specific location to be stored and recalled for analysis.
Inspection Data
Defect tracking of an individual (serialized) part; allows spatial analysis of defect patterns across parts of the same type, providing traceability in the process.
Stylus
In-Spec Tracker’s lightweight stylus is designed to allow maximum range of motion in identifying a defect on a part and to trigger the audio annotation.
Voice Annotations
The operator audibly describes a defect type, creating consistency in the data and increasing the accuracy of inspection. While now providing a digital audit trail.
