Bushing Stations
Our bushing systems are reliable and offer the manufacturer the ability to quickly and extremely accurately press bushings in sub frames. AIS engineers have designed our bushing station to allow operators the ability to load both frames and bushings ergonomically and efficiently. The station can be integrated with bushing placement fixtures which add an error proofing feature to ensure that the operator has placed parts in the correct location and orientation. Each station comes fully equip with state-of-the-art custom HMI, PLC controls and lights curtains maintaining a high level of safety while systems are in operation.
