AIS Technologies Group head lamp aim systems are best in class and can be designed to facilitate North American, European and Asian manufactured head lamps. Our Aim systems are designed with state-of-the-art software and digital CCD cameras to measure SAE, VOA, VOL, VOR, ECE and HID headlamps. Our systems use HLA calibration via a known reference point, paired with axis-controlled AC motor for absolute encoder feedback for extremely precise positioning. If required systems can be retrofitted to handle additional headlight features including screw driver adjustment systems, calibration for dimming, cruise control, leveling, fog light detection and audit equipment for traceability.
